OBJECToronto is an artist presented annual exposition of contemporary objects from the fields of craft, art and design. Formerly called 3 Night Stand, the weekend expo once again takes over the second floor rooms of the Gladstone Hotel from Friday, April 29 until Sunday, April 30. Not your typical art show or craft fair, the event brings together artists, makers and designers exhibiting functional and non-functional objects including: sculpture, glass, ceramics, jewellery, furniture, textiles, product design and more.

OBJECToronto presents this exhibition to promote appreciation, increase awareness and support local studio-based practices across the fields of contemporary craft, art and design. OBJECToronto presents work made by over 20 artists including: Brad Copping & Sue Rankin,   Paul McClure & Sarah Troper,   Vivienne Jones & Fran Piccaluga & Richard Wyman,   Ken Nicol & Sophie Buoy, Shanna Miller & Jerry Drozdowsky,   Lindsay MacDonald & Adam Krawesky,   Stefan Duerst & Don Maynard,   Robin Tieu & Michelle Mendlowitz,   Clare Scott-Taggart & David Samplonius, and Harbinger Gallery (Aggie Beynon, Mary Fox, Andrew Goss, Sandra Goss, Jo-Anne Harder, Robert Held, Cheryl Ruddock , Starfish Glass)

OBJECToronto is open Friday 4 pm - 9 pm, Saturday 11 am - 9 pm and Sunday 11 am - 4 pm.   All artists will be present throughout the exposition. In addition to the daytime exhibition and sale, an opening reception with bar, music and multi media presentation takes place on Friday from 6 - 9 pm. The exhibition will be accompanied by a catalogue included with admission fee of $5.
